Betty Chen has nearly 20 years providing accounting and consulting services to private and public companies in copious industries. She has implemented financial infrastructures for her clients, serves as an outsourced Controller and CFO, and is a trusted advisor to CEOs and Boards of Directors on accounting and operational issues. She has a Bachelor of Science in Corporate Financial Management from San Jose State University. In her spare time, Betty and her family enjoy traveling and enjoying the outdoors.
Heather Blythe, CPA
Heather is an experienced audit, tax and accountant professional with a wide variety of small businesses and corporate companies. A phenomenal team player and excellent at communication with accounting procedures. She has a Bachelor of Arts in Business Administration with an emphasis in Accounting from California State University Fullerton. During her leisure time she enjoys gardening and walking her dog.
Janice Shieh, CMA, CFE, EA
Janice has many years of financial accounting management experience. Most recently, Janice was VP Finance for a large public corporate company with over 250 entities and annual revenues of $1B. She can do it all – taxes, accounting and financial planning. Janice has a Master of Science in Taxation from Golden State University.
Jessica has been doing accounting for a long time. She understands startups and what they need to make their business successful. Her areas of expertise include Accounting, Accounts Payable, Accounting, Fixed Assets, Auditing, Financial Reporting and Financial Analysis. Besides being an accountant, she is a certified paralegal, does tax returns and full-service accounting.
Joseph Croft, CPA
Joe is our tax guy and he’s awesome. Besides being an incredibly nice guy, he is a certified Fraud Examiner, has experience in Tax, Audit and previously served as a Controller before going back to tax.
Kelvin supports the finance function with our clients. He has extensive experience of proven financial & accounting management success in the global communications, manufacturing, & technology industries. Strengths include revenue recognition and contract review aggressive results driven problem solving, global P&L budget preparation, reporting (divisional, segment, product, revenue / cost reporting) and forecasting. Demonstrated ability in organizational management, process improvement using Lean 6 Sigma. Kelvin is also attending the CAAP program at Santa Clara University.
Tonya loves to learn new things. She’s got a Bachelor’s from Cornell in Applied Economics and Management. Got bored, went back, and got a Bachelor in Economics with a concentration in Political Science and Accounting from the University of Miami. Found a love for numbers and got a Masters of Science Degree in Accounting with a concentration in Taxation. Besides impressive academic credentials, Tonya has professional experience in accounting, audit and tax. CPA in the works.
